Team Strength: 1-2 Application Process Application process is simple, you have to apply 2 or 3 months before. Send them a formal letter attached with CV. First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure First impression: frankly speaking, first impression was average, research officer was friendly. First day: first day there was a chit system performed, to get project topic on which you have make project report from about 100 topics. Infrastructure: good, air conditioned offices. Main tasks Main task was, you have to submit project report on the topic which was related to human rights in a given month.
